EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY


At PRIORITY, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We’ve designed a hassle-free Exchange & Return Policy to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

ELIGIBILITY

· Articles purchased online or in-store are eligible for exchange or return within 30 days of delivery or purchase.

· Items must be unused, unaltered and unwashed with all tags intact.

· Items must be present in their original packaging.

· A valid proof of purchase—either the original receipt or order confirmation email is required to process exchanges and returns.

· Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange or return.

· Fragrances are not eligible for exchange or return.

· You will be required to share proof if you have received an article that is defected, in wrong size, or is incorrect.

 

EXCHANGES

 

ONLINE EXCHANGE POLICY

· An exchange request can be initiated via--------- or by calling +92(0)42------ within 30 days of order delivery.

· Proof of purchase— the order confirmation email and order number must be provided.

· Exchanges are subject to verification of product condition and eligibility.

· PRIORITY  will arrange a doorstep pick-up of the item(s).

· Once the items are received and verified, the requested items will be shipped.

· The exchange process takes approximately 7–10 working days.

· If the requested item is out of stock, customers will be issued a credit voucher of equivalent value, redeemable online.

· Sale/discounted items are not eligible for exchange.

· Fragrances are not eligible for exchange.

 

IN-STORE EXCHANGE POLICY

· Articles purchased in-store may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase from any PRIORITY  outlet.

· Proof of purchase— the original receipt/invoice must be provided

· Exchanges are subject to verification of product condition and eligibility.

· Customers may exchange the article for:

o Another article of equal value, or

o An article of higher value by paying the difference.

· Sale/discounted items are not eligible for exchange.

· Fragrances are not eligible for exchange.

 

ONLINE TO STORE EXCHANGE POLICY

· Cash refunds are not offered.

· In cases where an exchange or alternative solution cannot be provided, PRIORITY  may issue a refund in the form of a credit voucher exclusively redeemable online.
